In my stay in Saigon, I was fortunate enough to be able to schedule a one-on-one cooking class with a great chef at The Saigon Culinary Art Center.
Here's what's on the menu:  1.) Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls, 2.)Grilled Shrimp with Sugar Cane, 3.)Beef Pho, 4.)Crab in Tamarind Sauce, and 5.) Grilled Pork with Lemongrass.
I had such a fun time learning new dishes! I wish I had more time to do one more class. Anyway, this gives me a reason to go back there and visit the place again.  Some recipes with a step by step guide will be posted soon.
