Its easier for me to be a cook than to be a baker. i say this because i can easily whip up anything from a set of ingredients to make simple meals but with baking, i need to be more scientific. i need to measure ingredients properly to come up with a good product. but i love baking so much that until now, i have not stopped creating products for my shop called Goodies N' Sweets. In this blog, i wish to share recipes that i have whipped up, tried from a book or an idea that came to mind. i wish to share my experiences being in the food industry as a consultant,critic, columnist, caterer, instructor and so on . so here's a peek into a life of good food!
